Punch in, punch out, craft on.

Do you like to make things? Ever wish you could spend your every waking hour making things? Ever dream of turning what you do "for fun" into what you do period? Me too. So what are we waiting for? Printed on a vintage factory punch card, here's a wee bit of encouragement to turn your crafting life into your working life, if you haven't made that leap already. Late last night, after too many apple cider martinis, a friend and I were talking about whether we'd ever be "career crafters." And when I meant to ask her, "wouldn't you love to quit your day job?" I said "wouldn't you love to craft your day job?" by accident and we both thought that was pretty hilarious and a little bit awesome and also kind of perfect. And thus the motivational punch card print was born. We all need a crafty kick in the pants sometimes. I know I definitely need a crafty punch in the face now and then.
