Henry is my first bear of Oh Nine. I hope there will be many more like him running around Knittah HQ this year. Henry likes hanging around the bookstore, turtleneck sweaters, the sound of trains, hot chocolate, graph paper, sugar snap peas, wandering around, and birthday cake.

HA! The funny thing about "Humpty Dance" is that it was the very first rap song I memorized from beginning to end - just try and picture an 8-year-old Knittah, struttin' down Old Weston Road and rapping to herself: "All right stop what you're doin' cuz I'm about to ruin the image and the style that you're used to, I look funny, but yo I'm makin' money see so yo world I hope you're ready for me."
